We’re still grafting hard behind the scenes to get Goods Yard ready, but expect to be able to move in Spring 2025.

There will be 174 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments, all with exposed concrete and piping, huge windows that flood the rooms in light, top end spec, and come fully furnished with HAY furniture.

Goods Yard residents will have access to a gym and studio, co-working space, private dining, residents’ lounge and lush, green gardens. There'll also be a mix of bars, coffee shops and eateries right on your doorstep.

Goods Yard will be a neighbourhood of independent eateries, bars, coffee shops and stores. There’ll be bags of lush, green hang out spots for alfresco eats, kicking back and relaxing in, as well as space for street markets, parties and pop-ups.
